So I don't see it on this one .. but there are some facilities that actually place a small decal of something like a fly, or other small object, on the back inside wall (right above the drain area) of the urinal. Apparently this helps improve the cleanliness of the area.
Seems men are more likely to actually pee IN the urinal when they have something to aim at
