i will. i love how easy they are in the water when paddling or how comfy they are or how easy to slip on and off in the summer. all pluses.  i tend to walk barefoot in the house but not outside. if i have to walk out to the car for a min or out to the water in the afternoon its great to not have to get the athletic shoes out and lace them up only to repeat 10 times a day. i dont like flip flops as much it takes weeks to break in that area between the toes.

Not to worry, I told my Mom of the possibility and she turned ash white, took a seat and proceeded to take an inventory of everyones shoe size. Seems there's hope yet, for Crocs. Moms working on a bailout plan. I'm getting 2 pair of "Islanders" and a flip-flop. An order of 24 pair may not save the company, on its own, but multiplied by the number of Croc lovin mothers that are out there? Who knows?  thumbsup.gif

Hey, Psch ... off topic, but ... I really like your present Avatar pic! Can you tell us a little something about it? biggrin

thanks! i took that last summer i think.  its the memorial walk in a veterens cemetery. each of the lighter colored bricks has the name of a US veteren who  has passed on. its an interesting cemetery. there is also a womens section and it also has miles of walking trails that lead to the river and these trails have a bounty of beautiful plants and it seems to have become somewhat of a nature preserve. im amazed at the critters ive seen in the most remote parts near the river.  i walk there from time to time since discovering it last year.

Crocs auditor raises a red flag

crochoriz_tm.jpgNot so long ago, Crocs Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) was riding high as its rubberized clog-like sandal shoes were the hottest thing in retail.

Now the fad has died, sales have fallen through the floor, the economy has tanked and worst of all, the company's auditors have "expressed substantial doubt" about the "company's ability to continue as a going concern."

im thinking that a massive online order is necessary before they become a thing of the past. they should have stuck with what they did best and not go off into the foo fooing of crocwear.  shaking head.
