Actually, I'm wondering if that's not so unreasonable a price. Who knows, though, what property is worth any more. I've always been (we're speaking preference, here) an "individual unit" kinda dweller. There's just something about not having shared room walls with someone else, and that turf you can do pretty much whatever you want to with, that appeals to me. Really, I probably don't belong in the city at all, but on a few acres outside of some town.
On my Grandparent's farm, you could HEAR a car coming to your house, and still have about five minutes to do whatever before they pulled up into your driveway. That would work for me. :)
Amenities are a funny thing. :) I see the condos have free internet. The second apartment I lived in out of high school (it was a two bedroom, shared with three other women also going to ASU, and we were on the 4th floor) had, in the lobby, a free coke (as in the beverage) bar. As a still-in-my-teens something, that was pretty darn groovy. ;)
My favorite is the second pic of the great egret. Very nice. Gator
After all these years here I still find myself in awe of the size of the birds and bugs. Some of the pelicans carry a wing span of four foot. And these gentle egrets are a handful if they find out you have spare chicken or hot dogs. I swear, omnivores. As a matter of fact, the freakishly TALL palm tree is starting to make me feel like this is Jurraisic Park.

(This one especially) Love the camera position choice you made.
Thanks, I did like this one too. And the one you called guitar building. :) There's only one thing conspicuously missing from every single photo.

I love the angles in this one ... heh. Looks like a stack of guitars:
I also really like the lines in the two pier shots. Or boardwalk, or whatever that thing is called <desert dweller>
This one I think is a spectacular photo: And yeah, you know I'm a nut for bird bath type thingies, but as far as photos go, this would have to complete my top three favorites:
it looks like it was a really good one. that first photo makes me want to jump in the water. theres something about the wake from the boat and the way the light hits the water i can almost smell the salt air!
Actually, I figured you for #6 in frame one, Owl #9 the Seahorse birdbath and me...the redneck riviera shot #8. The one with all those crappy boats tied together. I have to say the irony and photometaphors were abundant. Caution Sea grass? And there's NO WATER! And how about that poop sign that makes me more fearful of free range dog poop than of Swine Flu?
