After sitting too long vacant while the landlords reviewed potential renters (months, actually, culminating in burglars breaking in, and stealing a bunch of stuff) the house next door is once again inhabited -- he just finished moving in today. Seems like a nice guy -- "Mike" -- has one daughter he has a couple of weekends a month, and a dog, and that's it. Works for the City of Mesa. Oh, and ONE vehicle! I can still see the rest of the street!
Don't know his partying habits yet, but I'm pretty stoked about this guy right now. He was renting the a house just a few houses down, on the other side of the street, and it's always been clean and quiet down there. And? Nice to have someone in that house again, frankly -- he doesn't LOOK like the kind of guy who's into Hispanic disco music, any way.
It's "a good thing." :)
