invest in a netti pot or at least an otc saline spray and some cold eze. i swear it works. when i got home last night i could feel the scratchy throat and sniffles and today? all gone. im keeping my fingers crossed that it stays at bay.

they are beautiful and a reminder that spring cannot be far behind. it cant, right? i am so ready for warm weather. instead the weather person is calling for a 3 day nor easter. i was supposed to go sking this weekend in vermont. that aint gonna happen in a nor easter.

Still mid eighties here today, but there's a really nice cool breeze blowing, which I would better enjoy, had I not spent so much time outside the other night in shorts and a sleeveless shirt, when really, I should have been dressed a little warmer.
