I do make an effort, and I think, I should make an even greater effort. I will admit that in making the effort to spell better, my spoken word has made great improvement. lawdy,, I had no idea how badly I mispronounced words, till I got to trying to spell better. I am not real crazy about people who are proud of their ignorance. I do care if I am understood or not, and making an effort to improve my writing skills helps me be understood by those who want to understand, not just nit pick.
